AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

How much is shipping?

Standard delivery is complimentary on all orders over AUD$99 delivered within Australia. All orders under AUD$99 will be charged a flat shipping rate of AUD$10.

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping within Australia: 3-5 business days*

Express Shipping within Australia: 1-3 business days*

Delivery times are based on Metro areas. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for Regional deliveries.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If someone is not on the premises to sign and receive your order, it will be taken to you nearest post office for collection.

*Please be aware that Dispatch and Shipping times can be longer over seasonally busy periods, such as Christmas, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA)
We currently ship to New Zealand, the US, the UK, and Canada.

How much is shipping?

Shipping for eligible countries will be calculated at checkout. 

 How long does shipping take?

International standard shipping to eligible countries will take between 6-27 business days. Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and Dispatch and Shipping times can be longer over seasonally busy periods.

✹ Are taxes included?

All international orders are subject to the duties and taxes of the country to which they are shipped. These fees are not included in the price of the product(s) and are the sole responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Wally Parton takes no responsibility, nor has any control over, the rates and processing timeframes of Customs in each country.

Why don’t you ship to my country?

We’re just getting started and there are some complexities with international deliveries. We’ll be progressively rolling out shipping to new countries. Let us know here if you’re keen for the goods and we'll see what we can do. 

 

RETURNS

What if my product arrives faulty or damaged?

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, we can refund or replace your item. Contact us here and send us some details and a photo of the damaged item. If just the pump is faulty, we may send you a replacement pump.

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind, you can send back your products for a refund within 14 days from delivery. You’ll need to cover the cost of return delivery, and the products must be unused in new condition, including their original packaging.

 ‘Final Sale’ Products

Products marked as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return unless faulty. All final sale products will be highlighted as such on their product page and at checkout.

‘Wonky’ Products

Products marked as ‘Wonky’ are still fully functional but have some cosmetic flaws. ‘Wonky’ products are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty. 

Is the packaging recyclable?

The packaging is fully recyclable or compostable, except the delivery label. After opening, please break down the box and pop in your recycling. Separate the delivery label from the mailing bag, then place the label in your bin, and the mailing bag in either your home compost or organics bin.
